“My team and I had an incredible experience working with no12. I work with a tv documentary crew who were following the experience of a yacht’s charter guests. We had a season filled with high-profile guests who had some very particular tastes. We had a fair amount of big orders with a lot of last-minute changes. Being that most of the guests were American, they had a number of requests for items that weren’t as easily found in Malta as they are in the states. Despite all of this, no12 always came through for us. Their orders arrived accurately and on time.
I do have to say the highlight of my experience was working directly with the provision specialist Luisa. She was delightful, professional, and relentless in making sure we got what we asked for at the time we needed it. Being that she is an experienced chef, she had an incredible sensibility when it came to selecting the produce and proteins that were to be provided to our galley and could even prepare certain items fresh in house. I’d definitely recommend working with Salvo Grima if you need a provisioner in Malta"
