At No 12, we make door-to-door deliveries across the Mediterranean region and can transport your provisions directly to your yacht.
Once your order is placed, our logistics network immediately kick-starts to get it to you in the shortest possible
time frame. While your wines, beverages and food orders are on the way, we ensure that they are kept in optimum conditions, and guarantee that they will reach you in top condition, ready for you to serve to your guests.

Prices of Wines and Spirits are quoted per bottle.
Any VAT or customs duties related to your place of delivery will be charged accordingly.
All wines and vintages are subject to availability.
As seasons change, so will some of our stock.
Kindly call us for advice about stocks at any time, orders are subject to a minimum charge of €100 per delivery address excluding delivery charges.
Enjoy them in a responsible fashion!
Food prices are subject to market price and season.
Making a Payment
Making a payment to No. 12 is easy, and we accept wire transfers or credit card payments (namely VISA, MasterCard and American Express - please note that there will be a 1.75% surcharge added to these payment methods).
Unless previously agreed, payment is due in full on delivery and all goods remain the property of No. 12 until
they have been paid for in full.
No returns will be accepted once the products have been signed for and taken aboard.
We will do our utmost to deliver your order at the most convenient time for you, however, please bear in mind that
we may have to rely on third-party deliveries. We will do our best to keep in touch and update you along the way.
As long as your order hasn’t been fully packed for dispatch, then we should be able to amend it. When contacting us with amendments, we would really appreciate it if you could have your order number and vessel name at the ready.
If you happen to not be in when we deliver your items, worry not!
A message will be left with a phone number that you can call to make alternative arrangements.
To pre-empt this, feel free to advise us of a safe place to leave your delivery.
If your order is being delivered outside Mallorca, Barcelona or Malta, then we will take it out of its original packaging and repackage it to ensure it is received in optimum condition.
We will do everything we can to get your order to you within the specified time. If, however, you have not received it within 7 days, please do contact us so that we can rectify the situation as soon as possible.
